Inside Sales Representative
Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include maintaining and servicing existing accounts, the development of new accounts by conducting sales calls to different levels of potential customers, assisting customers to determine cable assembly needs, processing orders and providing accurate and timely information. Work with current customer base answering questions regarding assembly types, availability, manufacturing lead-times, and pricing. Ideal candidates must be customer focused and possess strong communication skills. Prior customer service background is required. Knowledge of cable assembly and wiring harness solutions a plus.
Sales Engineer
Sales Engineer responsibilities include designing and documenting products, kits, and processes for low voltage electronic and telecommunications (voice, video and data) custom cable assemblies and wiring harnesses. Experience in electronic, electromechanical or telecommunications product engineering required. Use of standard design procedures, component evaluations, manufacturing processes, specification analysis, technical methods and assessments in an ISO 2001:9000 certified quality management system required. Fast-paced work environment involving product specification, process development, documentation for quote estimation, component purchasing, and short manufacturing time frames. Communicates with functional leaders, customers, suppliers, industry professional organizations and engineering peers. Excellent communication skills a must. Engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
Maintenance Professional
Maintenance Professional responsibilities include installing, modifying and repairing equipment in a safe manner. Professional will maintain plant equipment and facilities, as well as, document repairs, installations, or modifications. The ability to analyze complex manufacturing maintenance problems and implement maintenance solutions in a timely professional manner is important. Two-year college or technical degree with a minimum of two years maintenance experience in an industrial environment preferred. Must have strong background in electronics, electronic circuits, pneumatics and mechanical devices. Must solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form including blueprints and schematics. Must uphold and support maintenance requirements of an ISO 2001-9000 certified facility.
Assembly Workers
Assembly Worker responsibilities include building custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses and subassemblies using tools and materials in accordance with specifications. Capable of operating electromechanical equipment, changing dies and adjusting equipment settings to meet manufacturing needs. Requires strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity and visual capabilities. Required to be skilled in using hand tools, fixtures, gauges, equipment and machines used in the production of cable assemblies and wiring harnesses. Must understand and adhere to standards of manufacturing in an ISO 2001:9000 certified facility as provided by management team. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned by the Department Head and other leadership within the organization, includes, but is not limited to: light administrative duties, light plant maintenance responsibilities and some hand-tool upkeep. Must be capable of interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form including blueprints and schematics. Must have strong work ethic; be dedicated to the needs of the business and support customers. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and move boxes with parts as needed.
